YOU were never the problem, you just forgot you were neurodivergent and I can help you with that.
Let's rebuild the whole thing shall we?
- Natalie xoxo
You bought the books and SAVED the posts
(but you never read them and you've NEVER revisited your saved posts, lets be honest)
You started the routine
(it lasted approximately one week)
You bought the planner you used twice
(it felt good to organise though didn't it?)
...Meanwhile you can hold a whole team together at work or organise and micromanage everyone at home and then after you've parked the car, you sit in absolute silence. Alone. To catch your breath. To try and check in with how you're feeling.
You realise you forgot to eat lunch again... only you didn't forget did you? You just didn't want to stop because somehow deep down, you already know how you operate. Because If you're doing all the things, you cant stop DOING ALL THE THINGS in fear that if you do, you'll lose momentum and we know how that looks don't we?
So you give yourself some tough love and you white knuckle on.
How on the money am I so far?
I can tell you more... You're the one everyone calls when it's falling apart and nobody's ever ONCE asked if you're okay, at least not with genuine care and it's not because they don't care but because... of course YOU are.
Theres a reason why we're exceptional in a crisis and yet aggressively overstimulated by the fucking clock ticking.
And if all of this is landing with you, I can bet, You've been told you're "too much." Too sensitive. Too intense. Too scattered. Too EVERYTHING.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you forgot that none of this is a personality flaw. The powers that be did not give you these traits for you then need to dampen them down, just to exist. Be accepted.
WE were never given given the manual. You know, the one it feels like was dished out to every normie and yet somehow skipped us.
What I can tell you is there is NO manual for us.
Because we DON'T need one.
We're not built to fit in.
We're not built to be a worker.
We're built to lead.
To withstand what others can't.
To see the world as it is, not as we're told.
When I finally accepted ALL of me, when I did my shadow work and welcomed in and accepted my so called 'flaws', when I stopped trying to operate like everyone else.... it changed EVERYTHING.
To be unapologetically yourself, is the greatest gift you could ever give yourself and let me tell you, helping people get to this point, gets me out of bed in the morning.
THAT'S why I'm here. That's why I eat, sleep and breathe this work. Because my gift is seeing you, mirroring it back and then figuring out what next. How to harness your differences to make you great, instead of missed potential.
Your neurodivergence isn't a life sentence. It's a gift and I'm going to help you to see it as such.
So here's what we do about it...
Not another planner. Not another system built for a normie brain. The actual work. The patterns, the nervous system, the boundaries, the identity underneath all of it.
Working with me, is going to be intense. I don't do halfway. Neither do you. We're 'get shit done' people and this work will have you sitting in silence in the kitchen, death staring the tap because you're brain is firing on all cylinders. The realisations are going to hit, your journey before now is going to finally make sense. You're going to level up and then level up again.
Hear me when I tell you, I have ADHD. I don't have the capacity to drag you through your childhood and ask how you're feeling. That's a different kind of therapy.
What we do here is get straight to the point. I'm going to see where you're fucking up and I'm going to tell you... And then I'm going to help you fix it.
Because I want you to win.
I'm not here to keep you locked in forever more. The mission is simple, teach you everything I know, send you on your way to put it in to real time action, hold your hand when it gets rough and move on to the next person I can help.
What you WILL be locked in to forever, is my community and let me tell you, they're tanks. I'm building an army of us. To support each other, to give pep talks when needed, to share experience, to listen when shit hits the fan. Because that's life, the only difference here is we've got each other and THAT my friend, is the biggest gift to you. Connecting you with OUR people.
